LOS ANGELES, Calif.
Jurors in Britney Spears’ driving case say they can’t reach an unanimous verdict. A judge ordered the panel to resume deliberations.
The jury deliberated less than two hours Monday at a San Fernando Valley courthouse. They posed two questions, including one that sought to clarify what Spears was charged with.
Shortly after being read more instructions, jurors indicated they were deadlocked.

LOS ANGELES, Calif.
Nick Hogan is being released from jail tomorrow, according to his sister Brooke.
Brooke, the star of VH1 reality show “Brooke Knows Best,” announced the news in a post on her MySpace Celebrity blog.
“As you all know, my [brother’s getting] out tomorrow… I cant (sic) even tell you, as a sister, how exciting this is for me,” Brooke blogged. “Nick and I are like best friends…and [I] cant believe how long [I’ve] gone without him.”
